At Rhode Essentials, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are:

  • unworn
  • unwashed
  • in original condition
  • with all original tags and packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • full name
  • reason for return
  • photos if the item is faulty or damaged

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll work to resolve the issue quickly.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Final Sale Items

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
